Our founder, Courtney Hoover (aka Court), an MSU Texas MBA grad, fell in love with bartending during her college years and despite finishing school and taking other jobs, she could never convince herself to stay away from "behind the bar".
This business is built on a passion for people, parties, and perfectly crafted cocktails!
With over five years of experience with private events, Court and our incredible team of TABC-certified bartenders know how to make your perfect bar come to life.

We’ll work with you to create a customized drink menu, including up to 3 signature cocktail recipes tailored to your style. You’ll also receive a detailed shopping list for alcohol and mixers, and a printed menu to impress your guests.

Looking for the complete package? Our Full Service option includes everything in Bar Service and Menu Planning—plus mixer and garnish delivery to make your event effortless. Court’s Cocktails will shop, prep, and provide all mixers, syrups, juices, and garnishes, so the only things you need to supply are alcohol and ice.
Menu planning includes a customized drink menu, up to 3 signature cocktail recipes, a tailored shopping list for alcohol and mixers, and a printed menu for your event.
Please note: Court’s Cocktails is a dry hire bar and we do not provide alcohol, but we’ll make sure you know exactly what to get!

Not only did she do an amazing job bartending, she and her second bartender also helped us with set up, talking with the keg delivery driver, and clean up at the end of the night.
